David M. Daley

Private Client Tax Director
Private Client Tax

David Daley has extensive experience in both Individual and Corporate (Business) US Tax and is based in our London office. Dave began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he became one of their youngest Tax Partners in history. He delivered tax consulting and compliance services for clients ranging in size from start-ups to multinational public companies. He has assisted businesses in all areas of tax and financial planning, including transfer pricing studies, multinational tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, investment alternatives, investor reporting, and compensation and benefits.

After leaving Arthur Andersen, Dave became a partner at a boutique CPA firm in Los Angeles, where he worked with High Net Worth Individuals and small to mid-size businesses. The firm’s focus was on family office services and provided income, estate and gift tax planning, tax compliance, and general financial and business advice to their clients.

Dave speaks at conferences and events throughout Europe on US Expansion, (particularly UK or European companies going to the US), Funds and Partnerships and tax planning for High Net Worth Individuals. He was a university lecturer in the Masters’ Programs in Accounting and Tax Law at both USC and the Anderson School of Business at UCLA.

Dave has a BS in Accounting from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University and is a CPA licensed in California.
